Our Story

Skudu, founded in 2018, develops digital technology to scale scientific knowledge and expertise to every farmer in Africa.

The Digital Agronomist, developed and optimised in collaboration with leading agronomists over several years, provides instant scientific and field-proven agronomic guidelines for African agronomists and farmers. It is refined to the point that is specific to a crop, crop stage and production region. The Digital Agronomist flourishes when provided with laboratory data of soil or leaf samples for optimal results, but can offer a nutrition guideline for any location in Africa without access to samples.

Skudu’s vision is to serve African agronomists and farmers with accurate, cost-effective plant nutrition guidelines to improve yields and unlock Africa’s agricultural potential.
